Mentor wanted: moving from call-centre agent to data analysis

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 10 years, and I'm 26. After a health scare, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Dar es Salaam, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
