After a car accident, Viviane has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the São Paulo Counselling Collective cost $40 each. Viviane has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Viviane could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Viviane, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
