Mental health support for Ubol after bullying at school
After bullying at school, Ubol has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $750.

After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Chiang Mai Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

How is Ubol doing now?
