Mental health support for Tatiane after burnout at work
Tatiane is working through burnout at work and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After burnout at work, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Santos Counselling Collective cost $35 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $450 goes:
• 20 therapy sessions: $310
• Psychiatric assessment: $125
• Workbook and resources: $15
If you're reading this, thank you.
