Mental health support for Sana after a long hospital stay

After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Islamabad Counselling Collective cost $10 each.
