Mental health support for Joshua after the death of both parents
Joshua is working through the death of both parents and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Saint Paul Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $2,300 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $1,950
• Psychiatric assessment: $330
• Workbook and resources: $20
With deep gratitude,
Joshua

Rooting for you, Joshua. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 4 people at work. Take care
Wishing you the best, Joshua. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Kassel this morning. Blessings
Hope it all works out, Joshua. Hope the doctors have good news. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Hope it all works out. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Belfast.
