Mental health support for George after years of caregiving
After years of caregiving, George has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $205.

After years of caregiving, George has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Tema Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
George has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions George could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for George, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
