After the loss of my brother, Alyssa has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Melbourne cost $100 each.
Alyssa has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Alyssa could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
