Maya's non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment fund
Maya is facing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Maya was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Jakarta Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Maya is 30, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jakarta Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Transport to Jakarta Cancer Centre: $105
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $990
• Household costs while unable to work: $255

Sure. The biggest one is transport to Jakarta Cancer Centre, $105. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
