Maximilian served four years in the engineering corps; $4,500 would cover a trained service dog and handler course.

I served four years in the engineering corps and was discharged in 2024 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting nine months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a trained service dog and handler course. The quote I have comes to $4,500.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
Money will be paid to the training provider and the landlord directly.
Where the $4,500 goes:
• Training provider fees: $1,750
• Housing deposit and first month: $2,050
• Transport to appointments: $450
• Essential household items: $250
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Sending love, Maximilian. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Take care.
You're not alone, Maximilian. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My neighbor in Multan donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Multan.
stay strong, Maximilian. Hope this works out for you. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care.
