Mathematics help for Lily, preparing for the GCSE exam

Lily is working hard on mathematics but can't afford a tutor; 2 hours a week until the GCSE would help enormously.

My daughter, Lily, is 16 and in the final year of school. Lily loves school but mathematics has been a struggle since the school was closed during the strikes. The GCSE exam is in May. We can't afford a private tutor, and the school's free sessions are full. We're looking for a volunteer who could spend an hour or two a week, in person in Bakersfield or online, for about sixteen weeks. Lily is polite, hardworking and eager. We have a quiet space and a laptop for online sessions. I'll always be at home for in-person sessions. If you're a teacher, student or professional who feels comfortable in mathematics, you could change the course of Lily's year. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
