Marcelo, a smallholder in Bahia, is facing pests destroying the seedlings and needs advice from an agronomist.

I farm 1 hectares of olive trees in Bahia. This season I'm dealing with pests destroying the seedlings. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Take care, Marcelo. Hope you get there. Blessings.
Hang in there, Marcelo. Shared it with a few friends. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Boston.
Sending love, Marcelo. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up.
