Luca needs a cold-storage unit to reopen a small grocery stall
Luca lost a cold-storage unit to the demolition of the market and needs $3,850 to reopen a small grocery stall and support the family.

For fifteen years I have run a small grocery stall in Erie. In July, the demolition of the market took a cold-storage unit. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $3,850 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $520
• Initial stock: fresh produce: $840
• Replacing a cold-storage unit: $2,490
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thanks for sharing this, Luca. Shared this with my family. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Québec.
I hope things turn around soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Thane
