Looking for an UX design mentor: Mrunal's career change at 52
Seeking an experienced UX design professional for guidance on the transition from call-centre agent.
Anywhere in the world262 views
I have worked as a call-centre agent for 8 years, and I'm 52. After my children starting school, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
