I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 10 years, and I'm 47. After being laid off, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Bavaria, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.

Wishing you the best. This could happen to any of us. Sent it to 20 people at work.

Thinking of you and your family, Moritz. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 9 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings!
