Looking for an UX design mentor: Isabel's career change at 55
Seeking an experienced UX design professional for guidance on the transition from factory operator.

I have worked as a factory operator for 13 years, and I'm 55. After being laid off, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Metro Manila, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Hope things get better soon, Isabel. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Thinking of Makati.
