I have worked as a security guard for 14 years, and I'm 48. After being laid off, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Tatarstan, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

    Reliable and compassionate

I was going through a tough time and this person's support was invaluable. They didn't judge, just helped. That kind of genuine compassion is rare these days.
