Looking for an UX design mentor: Fatema's career change at 49
A mentor in UX design could help Fatema with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 17 years, and I'm 49. After being laid off, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Chattogram, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 45 minutes a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- industry experience, patience, honest feedback

Hope you get there. After 18 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Vigo
