I have worked as a farmer for 16 years, and I'm 39. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into UX design, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Metro Manila, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

  • Thinking of you, Allan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it

    • your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 11 years ago and strangers helped me out

      • Thanks for sharing this, Allan. Shared this with my family. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
