Looking for an accounting mentor: Funmilayo's career change at 42
Funmilayo, a factory operator, is retraining for accounting and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 9 years, and I'm 42. After the factory closing, I decided to move into accounting, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Abuja FCT, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 45 minutes a month
- format
- Online or by phone
