Looking for a volunteer Swahili translator: 60 pages
Aarti needs about 60 pages of Swahili documents translated for an official process and can't afford certified translation.

I need 60 pages translated from Swahili to English for a family reunification file. Professional certified translation quotes are around $230, which my family can't afford.
If you're bilingual, and especially if you're certified or work in a related field, I'd really appreciate any time you can give. You can work on any portion; even five or ten pages helps.
I'll send scans securely through the platform's messaging once we agree. The deadline is August, but earlier is better so there's time for review.
I'll happily provide a letter of thanks and a reference.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Stay strong. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. After 24 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
A colleague of mine might know someone for this in Karnataka. I'll ask around and let you know
So sorry you're going through this. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.

Shared this with my family. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Mysuru.

Thinking of you, Aarti. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Keep going, Aarti. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 18 people at work. Thinking of Mysuru.
I hope things turn around soon. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Greetings from Surat
