Looking for a volunteer Somali translator: 26 pages
Looking for a Somali-English translator, ideally certified, to help with an asylum application.
Anywhere in the world400 views
I need 26 pages translated from Somali to English for an asylum application. Professional certified translation quotes are around $200, which my family can't afford.
If you're bilingual, and especially if you're certified or work in a related field, I'd really appreciate any time you can give. You can work on any portion; even five or ten pages helps.
I'll send scans securely through the platform's messaging once we agree. The deadline is November, but earlier is better so there's time for review.
I'll happily provide a letter of thanks and a reference.
I hope life is good to you.

Keep going, Alamin. Shared it with a few friends. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
