Looking for a volunteer Russian translator: 50 pages
A bilingual volunteer, working online, could translate court and medical records for a family.

I need 50 pages translated from Russian to English for an asylum application. Professional certified translation quotes are around $1,500, which my family can't afford.
If you're bilingual, and especially if you're certified or work in a related field, I'd really appreciate any time you can give. You can work on any portion; even five or ten pages helps.
I'll send scans securely through the platform's messaging once we agree. The deadline is September, but earlier is better so there's time for review.
I'll happily provide a letter of thanks and a reference.
Glad we found this place.

So sorry you're going through this, Teresa. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Stay strong, Teresa. Your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Los Angeles.
Thinking of you. Shared it with a few friends. Love from Gwagwalada.
