Looking for a Pashto-English translator, ideally certified, to help with medical records for a specialist referral.

I need 32 pages translated from Pashto to English for medical records for a specialist referral. Professional certified translation quotes are around $810, which my family can't afford.
If you're bilingual, and especially if you're certified or work in a related field, I'd really appreciate any time you can give. You can work on any portion; even five or ten pages helps.
I'll send scans securely through the platform's messaging once we agree. The deadline is January, but earlier is better so there's time for review.
I'll happily provide a letter of thanks and a reference.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
