I have worked as a security guard for 14 years, and I'm 41. After being laid off, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Uttar Pradesh, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
