Looking for a teaching mentor: Rutuja's career change at 40
A mentor in teaching could help Rutuja with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a retail manager for 10 years, and I'm 40. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Tamil Nadu, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope it all works out. Small businesses are the heart of Tiruchirappalli. Hope you're open again soon. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. All the best.
