Looking for a teaching mentor: Rhea's career change at 41
Rhea, a call-centre agent, is retraining for teaching and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over six months.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 11 years, and I'm 41. After being laid off, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Cavite, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Best of luck, Rhea. Hope the shop reopens soon. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
keep going, Rhea. Shared this with my family.
Best of luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
