Looking for a teaching mentor: Mathieu's career change at 37

I have worked as a security guard for 9 years, and I'm 37. After a health scare, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
