Looking for a teaching mentor: Idris's career change at 49
Idris, a farmer, is retraining for teaching and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over six months.

I have worked as a farmer for 18 years, and I'm 49. After my children starting school, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Missouri, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you. Hope the shop reopens soon. We're a small family in Montréal but we're thinking of you. Take care.
