Looking for a teaching mentor: Elena's career change at 55
Elena, a warehouse supervisor, is retraining for teaching and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 18 years, and I'm 55. After my children starting school, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Santander, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you so much.
