Looking for a teaching mentor: Danylo's career change at 56
A mentor in teaching could help Danylo with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a security guard for 14 years, and I'm 56. After the factory closing, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Novosibirsk Oblast, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I hope life is good to you.
