A mentor in teaching could help Courtney with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a security guard for 9 years, and I'm 49. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in England, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you so much.

Thanks for sharing this. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Limerick this morning. Thinking of Nottingham
Take care. Hope you get there. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
Wishing you peace, Courtney. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
Best of luck, Courtney. Small businesses are the heart of Nottingham. Hope you're open again soon. Greetings from Stockholm.
