I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 12 years, and I'm 32. After a health scare, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Bihar, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
