Looking for a software testing mentor: Sergio's career change at 48

I have worked as a retail manager for 11 years, and I'm 48. After the factory closing, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Ciudad de México, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
