Seeking an experienced software testing professional for guidance on the transition from warehouse supervisor.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 12 years, and I'm 56. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Telangana, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
