Looking for a software testing mentor: Kelechi's career change at 30
Kelechi, a factory operator, is retraining for software testing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 7 years, and I'm 30. After a health scare, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Lagos, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

- 45 minutes a month

Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. Sent it to 13 people at work. Love from Guarulhos.
Wishing you the best, Kelechi. Shared this with my family. Love from London
It takes guts to ask. Well done. I hope June is when things finally get easier
Hope things get better soon. Hope you make a strong comeback. After 21 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Love from Ikeja.
Wishing you the best, Kelechi. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money.
