Looking for a software testing mentor: Emilio's career change at 27
Seeking an experienced software testing professional for guidance on the transition from security guard.
🇦🇷 Argentina398 views
I have worked as a security guard for 17 years, and I'm 27. After the factory closing, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Mendoza, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you for reading my story.
