I have worked as a farmer for 12 years, and I'm 38. After being laid off, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Occitanie, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
