Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Vinícius's career change at 36
A mentor in renewable energy could help Vinícius with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a stay-at-home parent for 13 years, and I'm 36. After the factory closing, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Ceará, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you for reading my story.
