Seeking an experienced renewable energy professional for guidance on the transition from warehouse supervisor.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 6 years, and I'm 43. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
