Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Nadeem's career change at 53

I have worked as a farmer for 18 years, and I'm 53. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Punjab, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
