Marisol, a hospitality worker, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 14 years, and I'm 41. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Madrid, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
