Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Lisa's career change at 52
Seeking an experienced renewable energy professional for guidance on the transition from hospitality worker.
Anywhere in the world136 views
I have worked as a hospitality worker for 14 years, and I'm 52. After my children starting school, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Bavaria, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
