Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Landon's career change at 44
A mentor in renewable energy could help Landon with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 17 years, and I'm 44. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thanks for being kind about this.
