Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Joseph's career change at 51

I have worked as a stay-at-home parent for 18 years, and I'm 51. After the factory closing, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Dar es Salaam, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
