Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Gerardo's career change at 38
A mentor in renewable energy could help Gerardo with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 17 years, and I'm 38. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Ciudad de México, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I hope life is good to you.
