Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Elias's career change at 31
Seeking an experienced renewable energy professional for guidance on the transition from farmer.

I have worked as a farmer for 12 years, and I'm 31. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Berlin, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
