Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Bhavna's career change at 31
Bhavna, a call-centre agent, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over six months.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 16 years, and I'm 31. After the factory closing, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Delhi, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you so much.

Wishing you the best. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Put this on a community board in Chattogram this morning.
Thinking of you and your family, Bhavna. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
