Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Andriy's career change at 38
A mentor in renewable energy could help Andriy with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 12 years, and I'm 38. After a health scare, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Lviv Oblast, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

You're not alone, Andriy. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Austin.
wishing you peace, Andriy. Your post was clear and honest. Love from Veracruz.
You're not alone, Andriy. Looking forward to the next update. After 18 years in retail I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
Best of luck, Andriy. This could happen to any of us. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Lviv.
Thinking of you. Small businesses are the heart of Lviv. Hope you're open again soon. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
