Looking for a project management mentor: Yuni's career change at 39
Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 15 years, and I'm 39. After the factory closing, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in North Sumatra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
